Spring is bringing many wonderful changes at Advanced Dermatology and skinfo<\/a>\u00ae. As some of you may have heard, we have a big announcement: We are going to be opening a satellite of\ufb01ce and skincare boutique in Glencoe, Illinois in July 2013. Please note, we are going to be STAYING in Lincolnshire as well. We are expanding, NOT moving. Our new of\ufb01ce will be at 716 Vernon Avenue, in the heart of downtown Glencoe. There is parking right in front of our door as well as across the street and there is also a central village parking lot 1 and a half blocks away. You may not know this, but I grew up in Glencoe and saw the For Rent sign as I was driving by. When I was a child the space was Big Al\u2019s Hotdogs!Big Al\u2019s burnt down in a \ufb01re and a completely new building was constructed in 1985. In addition to the exciting news regarding Glencoe we are happy to announce that Dr. Lana Kashlan will be joining our practice in September 2013. Dr. Kashlan is originally from the Chicagoland area, but has been busy for the past 8 years going to medical school at the University of Illinois at Chicago and \ufb01nishing her dermatology residency at Boston University. Dr. Kashlan comes highly recommended from some of the thought leaders in the dermatology profession from Boston University and Harvard, which only con\ufb01rmed our phenomenal opinions formed after her visits to our practice. At this time we intend to rotate our staff through the new of\ufb01ce, including myself, Dr. Rubenstein, Dr. Kashlan, Emily Oehler, PA-C, Steve Prus, PA-C and Alla Molchanov and Mari DeLaRoca, our two esthetic providers. In addition, a second skinfo<\/a>\u00ae will be opening! We may have our schedule in place by the time you receive this; if you have questions or would like to schedule an appointment<\/a> at the new of\ufb01ce, just call our current number 847-459-6400. There will not be any problems with your \u201cchart\u201d since we are fully electronic we will have access to all of your records at either location and you will be able to make an appointment for either of\ufb01ce at either location.
