My favorite wine is Del Dotto Cave blend. It has a great rich flavor and is made in a french oak barrel. I had a great time visiting the vineyard in Napa. It was beautiful and the caves it is aged in were so interesting.

Pinot Noir or Sauv Blanc from the Marlborough region in New Zealand trips my trigger. The refreshing & tangy hints of grapefruit primarily, fruity peach to follow awaken the senses & the palate.

I prefer a sweet wine; light but full in flavor. That’s why Grosset Springvale Riesling, is my favorite wine. Highly aromatic, floral and zesty with lemon lime-juice flavours and a dry lingering finish.

I enjoy Santa Christina Sangiovese – rich flavor (kind of black cherry) and virtually headache free! Great value and goes well with rich pasta dishes as well as appetizers like cheese, chocolate and fruit.

When my spouse and I visited Paris I became a lover of a good French Bordeaux. In particular a Margaux. It is an elegant wine with a delicate full flavored bouquet of ruby red. It reminds me of a stroll down the Champs-Elysees.
