Help us oppose "section 905" and make Washington
a safer place for safer-sex.
On December 18, the ABC Board heard several excellent statements
from Washington, DC, residents opposing section 905 of the
draft ABRA regulations. The ABC board was surprised by strength
of the testimony and by the number and diversity of individuals
and groups opposing section 905.
With the support of our community, we were able to follow-up on
this success with over 150 e-mail messages to the ABC board,
urging them to remove section 905.
Our message has apparently been heard, but behind-the-scenes
activity continues to make sure the new ABRA regulations
are in keeping with the wishes of the broad coalition who
oppose section 905.

The most recent, but outdated, "action alert" can be read

We have asked DC groups, businesses and organizations,
and those that meet in DC, to help eliminate Section 905.
Many groups answered this call by signing onto this
letter
to the ABC board.
